Returns Policy


Should you wish to return the goods you purchased within 21 days of receipt thereof, we will gladly accept them back and pass a credit for the value of the goods returned.

It is important to note that you will only be refunded the value of the goods purchased. You will not be refunded the delivery costs incurred to deliver the goods to you or the delivery costs incurred to return the goods to us. The courier to return the goods to us will be R65. You are however welcome to return the goods to us with the Post Office at your own cost should you wish to do so.

In order to arrange the return please click on the "Returns Policy" tab on the website and then select the "Returns Application Request" (on the right). Complete all the required details on this form, and your request to return goods will be processed.

Once your request to return goods has been processed we will arrange with our couriers to pick up the parcel from you (if applicable).

Once we have received the return (and assuming the return is in a suitable condition - see right for details), we will process a Credit Note, and in the event that the original payment was made by credit card, that credit card will be refunded the purchase value of the goods returned. In the event that payment was made by EFT we will issue you with a voucher to the value of the returned goods and this voucher can be used for purchases at some time in the future.

Please note that only goods returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted back for credit. Should goods be returned to us outside of the procedure detailed on the left, we cannot be held liable for tracking their return and the ultimate refund associated with the return.
