Order Questions

How can I keep track of the status of my orders?

We will send you e mails confirming that we have received your order and again when we dispatch your order. Our courier company will also forward an e mail to you the day they receive your order from us advising you of the tracking number as well as providing you with a direct link to their system to track your parcel. However, should you have any concerns whatsoever feel free to e mail us and we will follow up on your delivery.

How can I check what I have bought and paid for?

You can go to your account page and you will be able to see your transaction history there.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay for your purchases either by credit card or EFT. Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept debit card at this stage, however this will become an option in the near future.

Do I receive a tax invoice when I receive my goods?

Yes you do.

How long will it be before I actually receive the goods that I have purchased?

You will generally receive your purchase within 3 to 7 working days, however outlying areas and circumstances beyond our control can unfortunately cause delays.

How do I go about it if I would like to return something?

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchases for whatever reason whatsoever the goods can be returned to us so long as they are returned within 21 days of purchase. Please see our Returns Policy on the site for comprehensive details of our returns policy.
